\u00c7a fait exactement cinq mois que je suis en France dans le cadre d\u2019une mission de volontariat en service civique international et de r\u00e9ciprocit\u00e9. J\u2019ai fait plus de la moiti\u00e9 de ma mission avec toujours de nouvelles surprises agr\u00e9ables ou non. J\u2019aime bien ma mission et je pense qu\u2019elle va bien continuer m\u00eame s\u2019il y a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de choses \u00e0 revoir et \u00e0 bien faire.
\nJ\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert que le travail en \u00e9quipe ici en France est diff\u00e9rent de celui de chez moi car ici, il y a plus de suivi et cela me parait important pour atteindre les objectifs de toute organisation qu\u2019elle soit publique ou priv\u00e9e. Aujourd\u2019hui, Centraider est plus qu\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9cole de vie professionnelle\u00a0\u00bb et ceci gr\u00e2ce au concours du personnel de cette \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n
Les rappels de ma tutrice me paraissaient trop nombreux, mais aujourd\u2019hui je lui donne raison car j\u2019ai fini par comprendre qu\u2019elle voulait que je m\u2019adapte \u00e0 un environnement d\u2019une \u00e9quipe dynamique et du travail bien fait.
\nJe fais la promotion des dispositifs de mobilit\u00e9 internationale dans des coll\u00e8ges, lyc\u00e9es, universit\u00e9s, forums\u2026 qui est une partie de ma mission. A cet effet, je suis intervenu notamment aupr\u00e8s des jeunes du Lyc\u00e9e Sainte Croix -Sainte Euverte avec un salari\u00e9 du p\u00f4le emploi. C\u2019\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bien car les jeunes \u00e9taient nombreux et attentifs.
\nChaque pays \u00e0 ses principes et ses r\u00e8gles de conduite, c\u2019est dans ce sens que j\u2019ai suivi une formation organis\u00e9e par le CRIJ sur LES VALEURS DE LA R\u00c9PUBLIQUE ET LA LA\u00cfCIT\u00c9. Cette formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s riche et int\u00e9ressante car j\u2019ai pu connaitre certaines notions de droit fran\u00e7ais et celle de la la\u00efcit\u00e9 que je compare \u00e0 celle de mon pays le B\u00e9nin.
\nToujours en ce qui concerne ma mission, j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la rencontre de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et de nouveaux volontaires organis\u00e9e par France-Volontaires \u00e0 Melun pendant deux jours. Au cours de cette rencontre, j\u2019ai discut\u00e9 avec plusieurs VSI en formation de d\u00e9part, ce qui m\u2019a donn\u00e9 plus de motivation et je comprends que l\u2019engagement et la solidarit\u00e9 devraient \u00eatre notre v\u00e9cu quotidien.
\nMa tutrice et moi avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les dispositifs de mobilit\u00e9 internationale existants et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de l\u2019engagement aux jeunes service civique en formation \u00e0 la ligue de l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 Tours. Ce fut un moment d\u2019\u00e9changes car les jeunes \u00e9taient actifs et curieux.<\/p>\n
Le temps passe vite et tr\u00e8s vite mais j\u2019ai toujours l\u2019espoir que ma mission va bien se terminer.
\nPour ma vie quotidienne, tout se passe \u00e0 merveille avec la neige partout et j\u2019ai l\u2019impression d’\u00eatre dans le premier ciel car tout est blanc m\u00eame les voies !
\nMa co locatrice a un jeu le RIDO et on joue ensemble. Cette vie commune avec Josi et Hatim me fait souvent oublier le manque des parents et surtout ma s\u0153ur jumelle.<\/p>\n
Je me suis balad\u00e9 aussi avec Josi et 4 autres volontaires avec qui j\u2019ai mang\u00e9 un BURGER \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans. C\u2019\u00e9tait bien car ils sont tous ouverts et on a beaucoup \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur leur mission.

An evolving adventure!<\/p>\n
I have been in France for exactly five months as part of a volunteer mission in International Civic Service and Reciprocity. I did more than half of my mission with always new pleasant surprises or not. I like my mission and I think it will end well even if there is a lot of things to review and do well.<\/p>\n
I discovered that the teamwork here in France is different from that of my home because here, there is more follow-up and it seems important to me to achieve the objectives of any organization whether public or private. Today, Centraider is more than a School of professional life and this thanks to the help of the staff of this team.<\/p>\n
My tutor’s reminders seemed too annoying to me, but today I give her reason because I came to understand that she wanted me to adapt to an environment of a dynamic team and a job well done.<\/p>\n
I promote international mobility devices in colleges, high schools, universities, forums … which is a part of my mission, for this purpose, I intervened with the youth of the Holy Cross High School Holy Euverte with an employee of the employment pole. It was very good because the young people were numerous and attentive.
\nEach country has these principles and these rules of conduct, in this sense that I have followed a training organized by CRIJ on THE VALUES OF THE REPUBLIC AND LAYNESS. This training is very rich and interesting because I knew French positive law and a notion of secularism that I compare to that of my country Benin.<\/p>\n
Also with regard to my mission, I participated in the meeting of volunteers and new volunteers organized by France-Volunteers in Melun for two days. During this meeting I spoke with several VSIs in formation of departure which gave me more motivation and I understand that commitment and solidarity should be our daily life.
\nMy guardian and I had presented the existing international mobility devices and the interest of the commitment to young Civic Service in training at the Teaching League in Tours. It was a moment of exchange because the young people were active and curious. Time goes fast and very fast but I still hope that my mission will end well.
\nFor my daily life, everything goes perfectly with the snow everywhere and I feel as if we are in the first sky because all white even the tracks.
\nMy co-owner has a RIDO game that we play together. This life together with Josi and Hatim often makes me forget the lack of parents and especially my twin sister.
\nI also wandered with Josi and 4 other volunteers with whom I ate BURGER in Orleans. It was good because they are all open and we exchanged a lot about their mission.
